Career change?
Hi i am 31 yrs old and for the last 7.5 years i have been working as a computer teacher . I have worked with various institutions (NIIT) , schools , colleges. Now i feel less interested in teaching in institutes . I want to start my career in co-operate sector for that i have no experience basically i want to be a tech trainer.Is there any one who can guide me how can i opt that career .From where i should start and do i stand a chance to be a tech trainer as i have lot of experience in teaching diffrent technologies . And is my plan of changing the career is right at this stage . thnx

- I think you can go in for some job consultant, who can help you or try it out it any of the job sites. Because I guess there are less no of trainers for corporate sector, so normally they would use their own staff for some thing regular. first master your self in some specific field, try to choose which is not common, this would make it easier to get a break.
- No point in switching careers at this stage IMHO. Since you have been teaching at institutes for so long, you must be well versed with the subjects taught there. Why dont you start a website or a blog where you can share your thoughts and answer questions. Slowly, but you will definitely make ton of money.
