what are some search and rescue jobs in the military?
nothing spec ops like rangers or seals, i've looked at all the sites i cant seem to find an officer career in search and rescue?

- the helicopter pilots, more likely the commanding ones are officers. try searching within the coast guard, they have probably more SAR crews than the "combat units" who specialize in combat search and rescue. I believe the most common path would be a regular helicopter pilot and than qualify to a SAR squadron.

- The Air Force, PJ's -arguably they are the best in the US. World wide, without question they are the best.
