Hi, I'm a math major college student in Midwest. I'm thinking about going for master program of accounting. Well, I know the job markets are pretty open for international students compared to financial service area. How about the stability? I think it is a really nice idea that accountant can open their own accountant office when they retire. That is, they can work as much as they can. OR, I wanna keep doing math (statistics) with bit of econ and find a job as a data analysis or actuary. Do they usually retire early from the companies? Like Investment Banker? What does investment Bankers do after they quit that jobs? I heard IB work is too hard so most people sort of quit(or be kicked out) within 10 years. I wanna know how great advantage accountant have compared to other financial service jobs that offer higher salary. thanks
