Instead of a test(mumbo jumbo), try this,, Go around and ask ten people what they did to get the job they had. Maybe select people in jobs you think you might want to have in the future. Ask then about their education, experience, skills, knowlege and more importantly whether they like what they are doing and if they had to do it over again would they do it again.
