call center .. ??
I just began a career with a T Mobile call center. this is my first time in a call center environment ,,, i dont really know what to expect ... if im going to be any good at it... how to handle it... i know thats what my training is for.. but i would like a little heads up from my Yahoo Answers family b4 i actually get out there! ??? what to expect ?? tips/tricks ?? how you'd expect UR customer service rep to deliver World Class Service ?? dos, donts?? anything relating to the call center environment!!

- You will be trained well by T Mobile - they do a great job. You will be part of a team of 10 to 15 reps. You'll have a team manager you can go to with questions or problems. You're team manager will give you call coaching sessions that help you to become "world class". Call centers are also managed on a metrics and they will review with you what items are on the metrics you need to concentrate on. A well managed call center is fun to work in and I'm sure you'll enjoy it.
