i want to start my career as a customer service representative in a call center. any tips?

1. Gain 400 pounds, join a Dungeons and Dragons club, die your hair magenta and wear all black clothing that is three sizes too small. Dont ever smile and practice your indian accent. At all times you want to maintain a complete and total lack of comprehension by the calling party, and no matter what the question is, the answer is always NO....

3. Try to get used to when people swear to u. Try not to say anything back. 'Cos that's what u gotta do everyday mostly :) :) Good luck .
4. Why would you like to work at a call center??? If you are in an outboudn center, people are not happy if you call them....if you work at an inbound center..you get all the crazy questions... Why don't you go and start a career in sales?? Be a sales rep. and have freedom, meet people, create your own network...knowledge is power!!!
5. practice your english a lot, never lose your temper, and always stay alert ------ to the first person who answered the question: don't be so hard on yourself, I suggest you stop projecting on others
6. here are the tips:- > make sure you are going to have a perfect grooming > moderate make up > wear cover shoes if possible, do not wear sexy outfit > show interest in learning > remember your boss likes & dislikes > be customer oriented > drink more water as you gonna be in call centre till the end of your working hours, your voice is important! 7. Customers are always right, no matter what!!! Just give customers that feedback, "I do believe you say, but I have to follow ---------because I was told that this is the company's precedure. We do offer this------ or this------. Is there any way I can help you, sir/maam.
