Any site with really good personality tests?

I've been using tickle for a while, but it is just for fun. Do you know any website with serious personality/ psychology tests? Ones that they'll make you go "Wow!" Not silly like "What does your aquarium say about your career?". Thanks

2. No. They are all 'one size fits all', and the like.
3. E Harmony has excellent tests, but they are there for people who are single and looking to date, marry and such. If you are not single and looking, then I wouldn't try it!!
