1. Yes, this is what I do on a daily basis. I am a Master Certified Sales Consultant. "Needs Assessment" is probably THE most important step of the auto sales process! Once I determine a customers needs, I can direct him/her to the 'perfect' vehicle that best suits their: needs, wants, & desires. That is the most challenging part of the auto sales process. Believe it or not, price, payments, down parments, interest rates, are the EASIEST part of my job !
