What is the best, most accurate free career test online?

I want to change careers and need some direction.

1. O wow...ok this is weird i just took a really good free online career aptitude test last night and i worked out really nicely. It asks a little about you, then it gives you 3 choices and you have to choose which one you like the most out of the 3 and which one you least like. It is 100 questions. Then after you finished answering your questions they give you a full report of what you are most interested in and are good at. Good Luck!
