Having a talk with my new boss today?
I have a new boss, i'm his only direct report. I am in a support type of role right now, he's new to the dept has big plans for it and he wants me to help him. I think this could be a really good opportunity for me...but i really dont have a full understanding of what is going on. He is having me do career assessment tests, wants to what i like, where i want to go...i dont know! i want to move up and make up more money...i just dont know what exactly my passion is...i'm going to be 29...

- First off, relax.... What you don't know you need to get on the fast track to know... Just be careful though you don't want to come across by your colleagues as a rear kisser.. good luck
- Time to do an internal assessment and figure that out. Probably why he has you doing the tests - to help you and to help him.
