Career Assessment eval?
I have a new boss from a different dept...he is having me do a number of career assessment tests. I dont think he knows what i want to do, i dont think i know want to do. I've been working in a dept in a support related role. My mom said they are trying to figrue out where i fit in the organization. She can be like the voice of doom, i was thinking he just wants to find out more about me...what do you think? oops sorry...wrong section

- ur mom could be right. they may want to know where within the organization r u most valuable. in other words, not wasting ur talents working in the mail room.....

- I think he's trying to match your career interests and abilities with what they need done. Those tests can be fairly accurate. I don't think it's anything to worry about. Best Wishes.
