- If you are European then http://www.esa.int/SPECIALS/Careers_at_ESA/index.html If not then I am afraid things are a little bit hazy... ;)
- Well aside from the obvious careers like Astronaut, Astronomer, etc. There are Planetary Scientists, Cosmologists, Astrophysicists, Rocket Scientists, Engineers, etc.
- Well, currently the only jobs available IN SPACE are the crews of the ISS, Shuttle, and Soyuz craft. In space-related work, there is much more opportunity. You can work at a government agency (NASA, ESA, JAXA, etc) or at an aerospace firm. You can work as an engineer, programmer, astronaut assistant, pilot, cook, administrator, janitor... really, any kind of work at all. All of the roles are valuable, even the janitor; without someone sweeping the floor and taking out the trash the others could not be productive.
- you wouldn't want to work in space. first of all you wouldn't be able to breath let alone work.
- I assume that the "world's oldest profession" (prostitution) will be a career option in space as well. No matter where you are, people still want to have sex.
