Career or job advice, can you help?
What do you do if you have no job for about 3 months and denied unemployment benefits? I have a Bachlors in Communications. I've applied everywhere and anywhere in person and online. I've worked in a call center, retail and even with the govt. I've used temp agencies and tried to return back to retail but no luck. Maybe I've been blacklisted? I'm open for any work and prefer 2nd or 3rd shifts but usually end up with 1st shift. I want to work in the travel industry but you need experience (which is the story of my life). I need to at least make enough to pay for gas. Can somebody help a 27 year old Northern Illinois University alumni start a career? I'm looking in in the Chicagoland area, Far North or Northwest Suburbs. Are you an employer? Lets talk, leave me your info or email me. Any links, places to call, places to go, things to do, etc.... Any advice is greatly appreciated and I thank you very much.

- dude go back to school. learn something technical and then you'll have two degrees. You will know something of value and be able to communicate it...
