How to start get a Administration job with no experience?
I took a career test and they suggested that I pursue a career in administration. I am currently doing cna and I don't plan to go to school as a nurse. So basically I want out of the medical field. Does anybody know of any temp services that are good in Milwaukee to get the experience I need?

- Hi. I'm not from your area, but I made a career change into Administration many years ago. I went from retail management to administration. I would suggest to be willing to start from the bottom. I started as a part time file clerk for a major credit card company. I assisted the admin. assistant for 1 year. While I was a file clerk, I absorbed whatever work the admin. passed to me and I took many computer training courses. Eventually the admin quit and I slid into her position. You must be able to multi-task and be a self starter. Good grammar and speach is a must. Also, the way you present yourself is also important. Especially to larger companies. Many times you'll have to think way ahead of the game. Meaning you have to constantly be on your toes. If you get a good boss, you'll find the career to be very rewarding. Many times I was treated to days off at the spa and whenever the team traveled, I had a wonderful suite. The best to you and your career change.
