Having a plan for a career before college?
I not sure what course to chose before graduating high school (2 years from now) and entering college? What should I do first plus I took a career test but I still not sure?

- speak to your guidance counsellor. Get some personality assessments done there are some really fun ones such as true colors Get Myers briggs assessment Make sure you do something that is of interest to you.
- Read "What Color Is Your Parachute?" by Richard Nelson Bolles and do the self-assessment exercises in that book. You're still pretty young, so there's time to change your mind. I think you should have some ideas about your future career before college starts, but be flexible enough to change those plans if you want to.
- Don't worry about it so much. Take some general education courses and explore your options. You will change your mind like 5 times in which is perfectly normal. If you decide on what you want to be to early and stick with it you will have a mid-life crisis in the long run. You young have fun!
