Experts say you need a career plan...how do you do it?
I start my job at HFC/HSBC on this Monday...as an Account Executive in Sales. I have high hopes to do what I need to do to get promoted to Manager in the next couple of years. But I've been researching on the internet and experts say that you need to develop a career plan. I don't have any money for a career/job coach, so how would I do it? Any suggestions or even websites that u can refer me to?? Thanx alot...

In my career, there is really no way for me to move up, so I move to a different industry every few years and get a hefty pay increase. I guess that is my plan. It's different for everyone.
