  1. university of phoenix has a good distance learning program
  2. You will learn more on your own than you ever will in college. However, having a degree is a requirement just to send them your resume. I'd suggest just getting a bachelors in Computer Science, and learning on your own during that time, and building websites, Flash, etc. By the time you graduate, the CS will teach you "how" to think, and your own research will have you coding PHP, CSS, JavaScript, Ruby, etc, and hopefully you have a nice portfolio by then too. I started out doing things for free just to get stuff into my empty portfolio. After that, check sites like http://programmermeetdesigner.com/ where people bid on web developers.
